suspension help
hi,
i was wondering how hard is it to change the stock springs and shocks. im goin to be installing the bilstein sport shocks and also the h&r sport springs. i also noticed that the springs are separate from the shocks, not like the spring and strut combo that is on my e36 m3. will i need a compressor still? and also, how many spring pads are on there to start with? my car is a 320. thanks for the help...

you wouldnt happen to have any pictures of your car, so i can have an idea of how it would look? also did you use a spring compressor for the lowering job if you did it your self?

suspension help...
Coincidentally, I have the same question... I am about to install a similar package with Eibach rather than H&R. The outward appearence of the front & rear suspension leads me to believe that minor suspension disassembly will free the springs for removal. However, I prefer to hear the voice of experience before turning the wrenches and finding that my educated guess was not accurate. So...I am too awaiting a response on this one.
Thanks in advance...
