Switch On Gear Indicator
CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHAT THE SWITCH ON THE GEAR INDICATOR DOES ITS A ROCKER SWITCH THAT HAS A S AND W I THINK ON IT ??? 1999 CLK CABRIO THANKS FOR ANY HELP IM WAITING ON A OWNERS MANUAL THAT WAS NOT IN THE CAR WHEN BOUGHT.

That switch changes the transmission mode from Sport (S) to Winter (W)
Wintermode starts the car in 2nd gear to prevent wheelspin, and also delays downshifting as well as upshifting earlier.
