Mercedes Benz CLK 350 (Coupe) 2006
Controls to move the drivers seat stopped working
Good day,
Yesterday the controls worked perfectly on my Mercedes Benz CLK350 (2006 model) and then the vehicle was washed. The person that washed the vehicle asked how to move the seats to get to the carpet under the seat. The person was told to just leave it.
Now none of the seat controls work at all. The only button that does work is the button that controls the memory setting of the side mirrors.
I am not sure if the person that washed the car tried to move the seat manually or try and find a lever under the seat as in other cars.
I would appreciate any advise in this regard.

Pursue a seat reset procedure. often micro controllers get confused after multiple function calls. Do a reset properly. per owners manual and report.
STAR connection might be required.
Cheers
