Please can someone confirm this is the correct direct replacement part for my CLK230 2002 car?

Thanks for reply - I found out it was and have just today had it replaced, a nice shiny direct replacement. Time will tell and hopefully that is the end of my fault codes
Annoyingly it is still rattly/tappy/ticky sounding when accelerating
I was hoping it replacing the faulty cat would've cured that too - it didn't
