Potential 98' CLK320 Purchase; What to look for?
Hello MB World forum! I'm new to this forum and fairly new to MB in general. I have owned an 01 C320, and an 04 C230 Kompressor previously, but my knowledge is quite limited.
I have the opportunity to purchase a 98 CLK320 for a pretty cheap price. It starts right up, and runs/ drives decent. It has 185K miles, and has some cosmetic damage to the hood and passenger side fender. Otherwise, the paint/ body is clean & the black leather interior is very clean.
As I'm not super familiar with these cars, I'm looking for advice on the specific things to look for when I put it up on the lift, etc. Are there any known trouble areas I should be wary of?
