No crank on the classic 430...

2002 call 430
No crank on the classic 430...
Had to replace upper radiator hose...started the car first let it run for 30 seconds...shut it off to change the hose...got back in the car to start it...wont start...tried to roll over but died...battery in key was old so i replaced it....thought it was battery but that wasn't it...brought a new battery still wont crank....not sure what to do
