The battery on my 2010 C300 Mercedes died, when It was getting jumped the positive and negative cables were temporarily connected wrong. Once corrected the car turned on but the radio has not worked since. The screen is black and is not asking for an input code. Checked the fuses and they are good. Not sure what else it could be.

First, wrong vehicle section.. you should be posting this in the W204 section.. Second, is there anything else dead around the car interior? Dome lights, cigar lighter, seats and windows?? more than likely you popped one of the pre-fuse box fuses and may have to replace that after you test the circuits.
