2004 Mercedes CLK 500 cabriolet
Seat exchange problem
I purchased 2 used w209 seats that are from a different year than my 2004 CLK 500. The only difference I was aware of was my original seats are heated. My mechanic attempted to install the drivers seat, no functions worked. He thinks it’s a mapping issue between years. Are w209 seats interchangeable, is there a way to over ride something to get them to work?

What is your VIN and the donor VIN.------plus does you mechanic have the Vediamo diagnostic system and more important does he know how to use it--if he thinks its a pizza find another sheep herder.
