ClK 2005. When the hood closes there is a small "flap" that gets caught under the rear window. It doesnt cause a leak, but it bulges out under the rubber. I cannot get it to fold in correctly, even if I stop the hood mid closure and poke it back in and then continue the sequence. I have been told its quite common on CLK's and means a new hood but it seems a bit extreme for such a small problem. Any ideas?

David..........that's not an issue with the CLK W208 chassis, but has been a particularity, specific to the CLK W209 chassis.
