MIZZOU C320

im going to be in the market for an 02 430 here pretty soon once my miles hit 50 thosand on my c class. now i figured that this would be a good time to get in a 430 with the new body comming out in a few months. i looked up the invoice price of the 02 back when it came out in the fall and it was at $46766. now with this in mind what kind of price should i be looking at for an 02 w/ a couple of miles on it??? and if there is anyone w/ any advice on where to look for a good price please let me know.
