The problem I had is that one of them was defective, didn't light at all. So I emailed them back about this problem and after 2 days of not seeing any reply I called them today. They were aware of the problem through my emails, but they said that they tried to reply and the email was returned to them. Could be my spam blocker,I don't know...
What is great though is that they Fedex me back with a new pair of bulbs before I actually talked to them on the phone. They gave me a tracking number and the new bulbs should be here tomorrow or the next day. I asked them if I had to return the one bulb that doesn't work, they said no.. God I hope all companies would work like that.
I own a small business as well and I treat my clients the same way. It's funny because I was with Bellsouth on the phone today for an hour, trying to solve a silly DSL statement charge and I still don't know if I solved it..
God I hope small business owners won't be crashed in US by the huge incompetent monsters....
