Everytime I do a cold start or start in the morning. As i insert my key and start it up..the front dash makes noise like it is evaporating where it separates the windshield..Just noises that made me wonder

It should be fine, maybe its just ventilation in the car. Mine's did the same too.

What about when I back down my car from steep driveway, as I'm backing down, i hear rattles from rear deck

Mine don't make any sound.....it's very quite to me.

Well, I don't know maybe its just the 2 of us. But mines sometimes have a rattle sound even when I am just backing.

an error in your HVAC panel (leading to a vacuum leak), or most likely, a noisy expansion valve. If it's in warranty, and you trust your dealer, then get it fixed. If neither of the above apply, live with it before someone tears up your dash and makes a mess. BTTW, mine doens't do it. Hope this helps.

What does this noise sound like? What does an evaporating noise sound like? Are you sure it's not the vent flaps cycling? I'm thinking that is what you are hearing.

I don't know how to write what it sounds like ? But maybe just like a creak creak when I turn the AC off and on. maybe just the ventilation thing. BTW does this happen to everybody's car ?

I was pretty sure that's the noise you were referring to. That noise is from the rubber edge of the vent flaps moving and sealing the ducts. It's perfectly normal. The MLs and 210s have the same noise. The 203s and 215s/220s don't have that noise. Personally, I think it's an annoying sound. Not pleasant sounding at all.
