Looking to upgrade suspension
I have a 2002 CLK 430 with the full AMG package (not sure about suspension). I just bought the Lorinser DTM front bumper and will be putting 19" wheels on it soon. I think a tighter suspension would be a good idea, can someone recommend a good kit and if they know and approximate price? Is it bad to upgrade the springs alone? I used to have a '98 BMW 540i and had the AC Schnitzer springs for a while only to be told that they end up killing the rest of the stock suspension. Any input would be appreciated.

Im not sure if you live in a city or not or even how low your trying to go but just get the kleeman shocks @ least... the springs dont even matter that much but ive tried almost every other setup and I truly believe the kleeman is the best.. Only problem is it cost 1600 -2000.

Is the package just the H&R spring set?

2 Options:
1) SPRINGS ONLY: Brabus, Eibach or H&R Springs. I prefer them in that order.
2) SPRINGS + SHOCKS: AMG Full Suspension or BRABUS Full Suspension.
I have the Brabus Springs with OEM shocks and they ride great. Almost like stock, and very smooth and predictable.
