I am reaching out as following a windscreen replacement by Autoglass, the rear view mirror in my W208 CLK Cab does not fit correctly, it seems loosely mounted.


I raised this along with other complaints (windscreen side trim panels were damaged during the replacement too) and was told by the assessor that the car may need an alternative windscreen or a new rear view mirror. Seems a bit excessive to me. I reckon it's just not fitted right.



How does the mirror fit to the W208 Cab? I know on the coupe it attaches to the roof console but I am not sure about the Cab.
