Powerchip questions

And powerchip is supposedly undetectable? Seems to be causing some sort of problem! How do you like powerchip? Can you tell a performance difference? Does it fix the throttle response problem?

I just got mine a couple of days ago too. So far pretty nice, I hope that smog thing gets cleared up because I wouldn't want that problem. How often do you need to get smog check again in California?

FWIW, I'll be posting more detailed impressions on 209 forum with before and after dynos sometime end of next week!

You seem to be having problems.... you might want to call Powerchips. I don' think you are going to get too much useful info here.

Powerchip has been great to jump on this ASAP. I will post again with the resolution...

My post was not to bash powerchip, just to see if this was normal or not....since my mech in Vegas said I should expect it with any chip install.

Well it appears that my tech in Vegas was right....I just drove her a'little for a week and...boom she passed smog no problems

Powerchip indicated that this was a new issue to them. It was not really an issue, but a short delay. My thought is it was the removal of the CPU simply took a while to boot up everything.
