That damn window
Hello. ..I bought a 430 cab w/ broken passenger window.(theft). Got a new one and put it in..I hear scraping when raising and flexes around area motor when closed at the top. Also doesn't stay up..I have the panel off but the door light goes off. Do you think that me having the panel off is the issue? Also I've been tweaking the 3 bolts at the bottom and can't get alignment just right; anyone know any solid techniques?

The WIS procedure for a manual crank window requires the door belt moulding to be removed. The procedure claims to be possible with the door lining (door card) in place.
WIS AR72.10-P-1950K for the crank window, it seems also to apply to power windows due to the lack of an adjusting procedure for power windows.
