Seat swap options?

I searched for an answer before I posted this question and couldn't find an answer. I have a 1999 CLK320 convertible and the seats are in rough shape. I'm having trouble with the driver's side seat motors getting stuck and not working properly. So, I'm wanting to just swap out both front seats. My question is will the W209 seats fit in the W208? If not, what other options do I have on seats? Thanks!
