Any options for a car with no key to try and start? or to make a race car?

Any options for a car with no key to try and start? or to make a race car?
Long story short, my dad passed away, he had a 430, unable to find the keys. Its been sitting since 2004.
If i want to register it, there are close to 900 in back fees. Was thinking of making it a fun track car instead.
Is there anything i can buy to bypass all the mercedes stuff? or am i stuck trying to get a key made for it? Its just another $350 i rather not spend on it.

The only way is through a dealer.
