Control Arm Kits - Educate Me

Hi,

I've had my CLK430 for about 3 years now. It's barely driven since it was more or less an impulse buy to add to my growing car collection. I have a small knock coming from the rear that appears to be suspension related when turning right. I suspect there's a bushing that's deteriorated. I figure I'd refresh the whole suspension during downtime. I see there are control arm kits for the front and rear, suspension arms with bushings in short. Prices are fairly inexpensive for these kits.

That being said, If I buy just these eight suspension arms (control arms), is a new alignment typically required upon removal? It's going to be aligned anyways but I figure I'd ask since I'm putting some KYB shocks on it too.

Thanks in advance.
