2000 CLK

My friends 2000 Mercedes CLK430 PSE Pump needs to be repaired. The green vacuum plastic manifold that holds 3 vacuum hoses are broken. The first tube on the left has snapped off causing many problems such as not being able to open the doors or trunk lid with the key fob or by pressing the button in the car. So we forced our way into the car. We then removed the rear seat and worked our way into the trunk and unbolted the two bolts from the lower locking latch. The trunk opened. When we got to the PSE Pump we noticed one of the vacuum lines was off away from the green colored plastic vacuum manifold. My question is does anyone know where I can get this plastic manifold fitting from shown in the photo below? I got this picture from the internet. This is not our pump. However, they are identical.
