Carlsson RS Rear

Started on the RS rear today. Notice how the sides flare out and the diffuser is warped.

This will take all weekend.

be careful when you use pressure to force the flared out sides in because the kit WILL crack. trust me.

Nice.,.,,. the body kit isn't look that bad after all.. ....

you can actually put it on without using any bondo.. which in my point of view (I worked in a body shop for a while).. a very good fitment

blackbenzz .........Yes I installed them myself with help from my nephew. The exhaust is AMG...

mtimmy........The front is lorinser DTM and it came with the mesh. I only used the RS rear from felix. Shops were charging me too much to install the RS front and the side didn't fit. As far as prices go.....the whole kit plus foglights and shipping was @1000.00. I also had to pay a company in Cali $102.00 for customs. When it arrived to NC I had to pay @ $200.00 for custom and port fees. I wasn't aware of these charges until the kit arrived.
When I opened the box lights were broken a corner was chipped and other parts were cracked. Look at how warped the duffuser is.

The ends that bolt to the lights need trimming to fit. The sides flair out like the pics of the rear. We pushed them in to make it fit.

No holes. They have to be drilled. I had to drill holes for the rear also. I used the oem mounting brackets to make the holes. None of the replica RS kits that Felix sales come pre-drilled.

That is a pretty decent kit but a body shop will still charge you over 1000 to paint prep mold and finish that on a Mercedes.. unless you have a hook up...
