Nav updates for 208 Command system?

Nav updates for 208 Command system?
Do they still make CD based nav updates for our command systems? And also, how do trips between regions work as far as switching cds and route guidance?

W208 comands can still be purchased, as far as I know... At least the European ones...
And I guess you have to switch nav. discs when you enter a new area. It's not like the DVD based comand with nav. DVD, which covers all of the USA... (that's what I heard / read).
