Hope this helps.

yeah the eclipse is alot better, but also more money...
Why anyone would go with a single DIN flip out screen unit when you have a double DIN space is beyond me, double DIN screen units look 100% better.

Correction
The alpine is not a double Din. It's a flipout unit, but it does have the possibility to hook up your buttons on your steering wheel to control it. Actually, the option will work with any Alpine units.
If given a choice, I'd much rather have a double din unit and not have steering wheel control, than the other. :-)

When I had my BMW, I added just about all the Dinan upgrades that was available, because, as long as the work as done by an authorized BMW dealer, it did not void the warranty. Unfortunately, Mercedes does not do that on AMG upgrades.
I don't get why, but, oh well, will just have to wait a bit :-)

The car looks great. Nice and clean. I love the fog lights in your body kit, which is unlike all the other stuff we commonly see.
The system looks way clean, almost like MBZ should have done it like that to begin with!
Keep up the great work.

Nice ride, you should do the DIY mesh kit for the front bumper scoop area. It would make the care long longer. Do a search, someone in the forum did thier own and it looks sick and lite on the wallet.
I like it, it looks nice. Did you have to replace all the fiber optic wiring to go with the aftermarket head unit?

Also, did a search and could not find a photo anywhere. Any ideas?
Also, no, I did not have to replace the fiber optic wiring. The company that installed it told me they used something to 'loop it', so it wouldn't affect my console. They left everything as it was. They did an awesome job :-)

Yup, it actually makes the car look longer, just a visual effect. What do you mean looped it. Can you be more specific. I am sure alot of guys here would like to know what they did to that we can ask find a installer that knows how to do the same in our respective areas.
