Lately the ESL seems to be laboring when unlocking the ignition and steering, and a couple of times even needed a knock under the dash to get it unstuck. It's only a matter of time till I get stuck somewhere. All of the replacement motors I can find are specified for the the W204, 207,and212 which use the newer Type 2 lock. Does anyone know if these are the same as used in the W208's older type? They are so cheap I don't mind if I order one that won't fit, but I'd hate to go through all the work of removing the ESL only to find it won't fit.Help please!
