02 CLK 430 Coupe
The CLK55 has nappa leather, AMG steering wheel, upgraded brakes, suspension, exhaust, and thats all I can think of.

the other major cosmetic difference would be the monoblock rims.

AMG
Well, for the W208 CLK55, the list is very long indeed.

Basically, the AMG variant came with virtually every option that was available for the W208-line with the only major options being COMAND, CD changer and phone.....not counting the designio packages.

A few additional differences not mentioned yet are the ski sack, pneumatic seats, rear sunshade, Xenon headlamps, AMG steering wheel and mats. Listed earlier were the AMG-spec springs and dampers, V12 transmission with Touch shift, 4" driveshaft, hand-built AMG V8, and superior brakes.

The exterior was identical to the CLK430 with the exception of the exhaust, wheels and badging. Both are nice cars!

Welcome!

p.s. Got any pics?

My CLK430 came with Comand, CD Changer, rear sunshade, xenon headlamps, headlamps washer, rain sensor windshield wipers, touchshift, heated front seats, all that is included in the K2, K3 and K4 package.
The only option I didn't get was the phone, which I don't care.
