How to remove rear side paneling?

Im suffering from a severe case of creaking/squeaking/rattling from the drivers side rear panel. I believe its something to do with the seat belt apparatus and I want to take it apart so I can determine how to resolve.. Anyone know of how to remove the paneling so I can get in there?? Thanks in advance
