When I asked my dealership, they said that any work done to the car that was not cosmetic or radio related would void the warranty.
They said the exhaust would as well because the back pressure from the factory exhaust is monitored by the computer, and anything other than factory parts would show up as a malfunction.

I put an Eisenmann high performance exhaust on mine and MB was fine with it. They said as long as it's a cat back exhaust it's fine. I looked at another Starmarked car a year older than mine and it had the same exhaust on it and that was what inspired me to get one.
I'd call the dealer where you get your servicing done and make sure they are of the same opinion just to be on the safe side.
I think it looks great!
Good luck!

Damn! My response to this post the other day is gone. Maybe my connection timed out or something.
No. You will not void the warranty. Don't listen to the BS some dealers will feed you. Now if you take your car in for an exhaust rattle they will not cover it. If they want to push the issue if your cat were to die for some odd reason they might try and blame the exhaust (although that is bogus). But you will not void the warranty on your engine, electrical, suspension, etc.
Flush the John's.
