Sweet lookin CLK Did you get your mods done at Deutsch Tech Motors? Jason told me he had a buddy who modded a CLK320 with cams and other things.

I feel that the car revs more easily on the highway and accelerates faster. With heavy city traffic there is no difference. So far my best 0-60 was 6.12s with a passanger and a full tank of gas. I think the mod did make a difference because the car is claimed to be 6.10s with just the driver. I love those rims

what you use to measure 0 to 60 time ? i use G-tehc pro and best time i done is 5.690sec to 60 and 1/4mile is 13.619@ 107.65 mile, and that is with no passanger and half tank of gas.

I don't know how long it takes to install, i leave my car down during moring and got it back later that day. I set the roll out time 0 too. I will try 1/4 tank of gas left see if i can get better time. =)

Congrats! With those times, you are beating most of the CLK55s on this board.

In my opinion i think gtech is garbage. Go to the track and get it timed....Thats the truth. I really doubt a clk320 with mods of yours can pull 13's. Im not hatin at all...I have friends with gtech and they pull faster times on it than at the track. Your car looks sick though. Peace.

yep i know Gtech might not work that well just want to compare it with 999hpCLK. Btw i am running with not rear seat, not spare ties, tools even frist aid kit. I have no idea how fast my car is jsut an idea only.

Thumbs up

Tery,

I agree. The track is the truth. I have a E430 and run 14.5 @98 mph. I don't have cams, race cats, or ECU. I'm only 300lbs. heavier and for you to go that fast, it seems like you would have a S/C.

I'm not hating either, **** I ask you for info. I just think you would get a better reading on the track.

Figure this: If I get cams, cats and ECU. I'll drop a whole second.

Either way. Car is hot.

C.

yep i am not depending on Gtech is that so when owners that has the same measureing mechine you can have a refernce, a base you can compare you cars. maybe Gtech is 1.5 sec less than real track reading but if two guys both have Gtech you can compare it have some idea. The point i bring Gtech up is jsut trying to compare it with 999hpCLK not to let everyone think my car is going that fast. And about the S/C i have a friend have Lexus SC 430 with Blitz twin supercharge i alway race with him i have no problem beatting his car.
