A/C Noise
Hello everyone,
I have this noise coming from the mid aircone vents . it sounds like "gas seeping". or tyre with puncture sort of noise. I tried so many things . like to move the air vents or close it and unclose it , it only goes when you push the EC button. Anyone know what that is? and how can i fix it?

Is it a very high pitched noise? If so, you're probably experiencing a leak in one of your vacum elements. There are 6 of them I believe underneath your dashboard. The cost of the elements are relatively cheap (20 - 30 dollars each) but having them installed is gonna run you close to a grand. Disassembling your dash is required to access the elements and the labor cost to remove the dash is big $$$$$$$. You should replace all the elements seeing is that you don't really know which one it is and having to do the procedure all over again will be more $$$$$$. How do I know this? Same thing happened to me.

yes. it is a high pitch noise. i suspected the same thing, ,and i do not think i will fix this problem. coz i don not want anyone to remove the dash board. it will creat more creaking noises if they remove it. anyway. thanks for the info. i was hoping that i could get rid of that noise . anyone got another idea ?
