replaced conductor plate CLK430 no now shift

replaced conductor plate CLK430 now no shift
The car was missing the shifts between first and second, and just rev, back off on the throttle and it would engage second and the rest of the shifts were perfect. I then replaced the conductor plate and installed new Wiring port on the 722.6. Now the car wont shift and is tossing a P0748 and P0715 (both from the gear box). Took out the new conductor plate and found a pin bent over, straighten the pin, installed another new wiring port (the black item with the white collar) and same issue, same codes. Could the new conductor plate be bad? I did reset the TCM both times.
The car starts, shifts into reverse and will back up, then shift into drive and it goes forward but never changes gears she just keeps the same gear until redline. I tired the stupid manual shift and it did nothing.....The car at least did a donut in the snow.
Any ideas, did I miss something?
Is there something unique about how the gear selector in the transmission needs to be attached (pictures would be fantastic)
Do I need to purchase another conductor plate?
I don't have a MB specific code reader.
