Angry No power to blower motor

I have no power on the Red/Grn wire in the harness.

Replaed the 40A fuse on drivers side, fuse was fine, but replaced it anyway, but I still have no 12V on the red and green wire at the motor.

So far, I've installed a new OEM resistor, blower motor, and filter. All parts have been tested and are in brand new condition. As long as the fan is not connected to the harness, the fan works perfectly.

What else is on that wire between the fuse block and the motor? I have not been able to find a cannot find a wiring schematic for this system to trace it.

If I'm missing something, please let me know... I'm out of ideas!

Thank you in advance,
