1999 CLK430 Problems?
I test drove a clk430 today, and fell in love with it, but the one i test drove had over 56k miles on it. I just test drove it to get an idea. but now i want a CLK430... but why are there soo many 1999 CLK430 out there? Anything wrong with their quailty?
I saw a 99 CLK coupe for $39k today... it has 20k miles... sound too good to be true?
And this 99 CLK430 with 17k miles on it, for $41k....
I wish i could find a 2000 CLK 430 for under $40,000
Oh aso.. how can i get a 2001 steering wheel for the 1999 CLK?

model 2000 and newer all have the same steering wheel except the 01 and 02 is not as puffy as the 00. the quality of the 99 model is the first year for 430, so expect less from it. the material used in the interior was improved in 2000. and interior noise, wind noise, and road noise was all reduced in 2001 by add more insulation material.
if you are worry about something might be wrong with those two 99 CLK430 just go to carfax.com and check the record with the VIN
and yah...where are you located?...there is three C43 AMGs on cars.com selling for around 33-36k because of their high milage (around 50k and up) in the LA area
