For cat delete, you need to take it to a muffler shop and have them take it out and then put some tape over your check engine light lol. Nobody manufactures a bolt in.
For headers, don't waste your money. The stock manifolds flow enough as the engine is now. The exhaust restriction is in the heads themselves, not the manifolds so unless you port your heads and have a supercharger or some other kind of forced induction you won't get any power gain for the thousands you can expect to pay for headers if you can even find them at this point. There was a company that used to make long tube headers for the CLK but they're out of business over a decade now. Anything short tube you'll find won't be worth the cost of part and install vs. the power you'll get.
