B Service Results
Hey all-
I have a bone stock 2001 W208 CLK430. I recently came off warranty and had to pay for service for the first time (of course it had to be the B service....). Car has ~63K on the odometer.
I live in HB, so I took the car to Fletcher Jones where I bought it. I figured I was willing to pay top dollar since I also had to have several small warranty items taken care of (I have the 6yr/100K MB warranty). They always set me up with a rental since I bought the car from them and am in the "Preferred" club.
For the B service, fuel filter change, air filter change and rear brakes the total cost was ~$650. I just wanted to let you guys know what the going rate was since I have received so much usable info from this board.
If you had to pick and independant in the HB area to do my next oil change for less than what the dealer would charge, who would you pick?
