Clk 430 Problems
I recently bought a 01 clk 430 a few months ago and now there seems to be a few issues with the car.
1. The rear headrest won’t go down, I’ve tried to reset it by holding the button for 15-20 secs but nothing. I can hear the motors clicking when I push the button but no movement still.
2. The passenger and driver seat latches have stopped working so I can’t fold my seats down.
if anyone knows a solution to these it would be greatly appreciated

I have an '02 myself and have run into those same issues.
1) Rear headrest has a release between the headrest and center portion of the seat that can be reached with something long thin and solid. There's a couple youtube videos I've found walking you through this. However make sure you're hydraulic fluid is topped off because it will not operate with the switch if you are too low.
2) My passenger seat just started doing this as well have not gotten into digging for a solution yet but I'll repost if I find one.
