my starter was replaced this morning...and now the sunroof is goin crazy and the one-touch down for the windows wont work. with the sunroof, the only thing that works correct is the "open" position and the "up" position. "down" and "close" dont work. if it's up and i push it to open, it'll go back down. if it's open and i push it to go up, it'll close.
not sure if that made sense.
but does anyone know what coulda been screwed up to make all this go wrong?

Yes, your battery was disconnected and now the procedure was not followed by the shop to reset everything. You need to resynchronize your windows and sunroof, the procedure is in your owner's manual. There are other things that need resetting (like normalizing the idle position sensor, etc.) that the shop should have done. It sounds like they skipped a bunch of steps on your car...
(they could have avoided this by using a "quiescent current retention device", i.e. a small battery, that keeps all the car's memory intact while the main battery is disconnected.)
