Center Console Controls Working Intermittently
Hello. I've had my CLK 430 for several years, all of which it's sat not being driven due to life. However due to other vehicle issues I'm driving it currently to work and back. I picked it up at auction about 3 years ago and the soft top wouldn't go down, the windows worked when they wanted and the AC doesn't seem to work. It was to be a project car and I wasn't to worried about the issues.
I'm trying to figue out the windows currently. At the moment, in the morning they seem to work. After work, they have not worked the past two days. Now what makes this even more strange is it's not just the windows that are part of this problem. It seems to be everything in the center consle. All four windows, either mirror and the rear head rest I've tested as working during the past few mornings. In the afternoon none of them work. It's obviously something electrical, but where to start?
