Trunk/boot lock will not open

2000 clk cab
Trunk/boot lock will not open
Suddenly my trunk/boot lock stopped working. Works fine with key. Air pump ok. There is no power to the trunk lock. Not working with key fob, nor switch inside the car or when pressing switch on boot lock itself. All fuses OK Power on the fuses connected to the booth lock. I am stuck here????

Best advice: Get private mechanic VERSED in older CLK cabrio roofs. These things are incredibly complex, mostly analog stuff with all kinds of solenoids, switches, yes hydraulics, and the nutso sequencing between parts for operation. Sort of like the Apollo space capsule..... I have my guy in VAN NUYS, CA, who has good prices, but most of all, KNOWS this stuff. MBZ serrvice will do it, but their prices are INSANE!

Best Advice: Surf the indexes more. You will find something along that line. There are people here that can help or have commented on others. Just look more.
