2001 CLK320 Drive Shaft Center Support Labor and Parts
Hi all,
Have anyone had this job done by an Indie or the dealership? How much was the labor and parts cost? Due to one of the exhaust connection (flange and connection) welded to solve a prior leak, we are being quoted $1030 for parts and labor including tax. The shop might have to cut that connection to remove the whole exhaust system and then weld it back.
Are there any MB OEM parts for the following parts? Or are there any recommended vendors and parts for the following?
1. Drive Shaft Center Support Bridge.
2. Drive Shaft Center Support Bearing.
3. Drive Shaft Center Support Bushing or rubber Boot.
How long do the support last, especially with non-OEM parts?
