Vibration

My car vibrates a lot when I have it in D and the car is stopped. It never happens when it's in park or reverse...and it only happens for the first 10-15 minutes of driving. If I have the brake down and rev to around 800 RPM, it's smoothens out. As soon as I get rolling, it'll go away. What I noticed was that for the first 3-4 seconds after releasing the brake, the car starts to roll but the speedometer will stay on zero and the car will keep vibrating...then the speedometer will bump up to about 4 MPH and things get smooth again. I havent check to see if the speedometer still has this gap after the car warms up. The guy replaced the engine mount a while ago and that fixed it - did you think it went bad again?

clk 320 1999
I have the same problem with my 99 320. If I drive in winter mode the vibration is much less. Once the car is warmed up , it goes away.
