Probleme to remove the top
HI, first sorry, i'm not a good english speaker and writer, but , i need some help and i think, il will find it here.I am the owner of a Mercedes CLK 320 2002 convertible 125000km.

I have owned this vehicle for over 5 years, and this is my first serious problem.
I currently have a problem with my convertible top.
A few days ago I had difficulty when I wanted to lower the top. In automatic mode, nothing worked...sometimes the side windows lower, sometimes not. But then, there is nothing left...and the button used to raise the convertible top starts flashing and I don't hear the sound of the pump...also, the button for the rear head restraints no longer works …they are currently in the lowered position. When I start the engine, the little red light on the rear headrest button flashes (like when it does its test but after that, nothing works). I managed to manually lower the top but I am no longer able to raise it. Initially, I hadn't unscrewed the screw on the pump (because I couldn't find it ☹,), but I managed to lower the roof quite easily. I unscrewed this screw later but currently, I am not able to raise the hood, it is as if something is holding it back.
I know there are a lot of issues raised in this email, but there seems to be a common thread for which I don't know the solution, does anyone know of any possible solutions, because currently, I am a little lost…

It sounds like you have low oil and or leaking seals, similar to what I had on my 2003 CLK430 Cabriolet.
1) Make sure the pump is full of oil
2) Find a leaking cylinder (typically the bow and lock) and either replace it or replace the seals
3) cycle the system manually a few times and then try to operate
