Idle surge at 1Hz and Ignition Timing swing of 8degrees
What might cause the engine to surge ~50rpm at idle and have major swings in advance timing that correlates?
System was unstable with 1Hz cycle and nominal advance of about -8 degrees, but then the computer worked itself out and stabilized about -13BTDC, and then I turned it off (-15BTDC)
