A-Pillar Exterior Panel

Hello! I've searched the web and I've not been able to find this, so far. I figure someone on here will likely know. The plastic body panel/cover on my driver's side A-pillar has popped off on the top. No idea how, but I definitely want to re-secure it before I lose the whole thing. I am including two pictures, the first is the A-pillar that this is attaching to - you can see the two posts. The second picture is the panel itself and I have circled what I am assuming the issue is. There appears to be only one of the plastic 'grommits' (for lack of knowing what this is called) and I am missing the other. I'm not sure if the existing one is stripped or broken or what, since it doesn't appear to be latching onto the post, at all. So what are these called and where do I get them? Are these my only problem (so if I get two new ones, should this work) or is there something else I am missing? Thanks in advance for the guidance.

it appears these are bolts are driven through the exterior of the car from inside -- during manufacturering, and then welded -- if I am looking at this correctly.

I can't find this part on partsgeek, but these may be the common insert that is undernearth the car as well. I'll take a picture of these when I'm at my car later
