Hello Fellow CLK owners,
I purchased a 01' CLK 430 coupe AMG pack this past summer and I love it. The M113 v8 is just simply awesome! I have a few items to address on the car and was wondering if anyone could help me out! First of all the biggest eye sore on the whole car is the lower front bumper being all messed up due to the previous owners hitting a curbstop or curb. I will attach photos. It has been impossible to find a second hand bumper and I am now facing the only option, the body shop. I have a really good shop that does great work, but its going to be $1,700 or more. I have no idea how rare this color on my CLK is, or if it is rare at all! I cannot find another CLK in this color online or for sale..... the color code is 359U. Another impossible task, is finding brand new Halogen Headlight Assemblys. I can find the Xenon ones all day long, but the Halogens are impossible!!!!!! The other issues are quite small, like basic servicing that will need to be done and one small leak from the valve cover gaskets. The car has 121,000 miles and pulls strong!! I want to restore this lovely clk back to a like new state.

Hi, you have a W208 chassis which shares quite a lot of common parts with the 4 door W210 chassis. This might help when trying to find bits and service items. Hopefully your pretty handy as going to the dealership is expensive for parts and labour. Ebay and wreckers are my goto options, ebay items can be mainly from Europe or America. Why do you need new headlights? Hop this helps.

Hello! Thanks for responding. I want to refresh the whole front end with new lights, bumper, etc. I already have a new star, and factory original grill. I have a appointment with a body shop this Friday to see what they can do for me. I would love to install the CLK55 rear sectioned exhaust as well as some Lorinser parts. Anyone have any suggestions or possible parts they could sell me or point me too?
