Can i install a deck on my 2002 CLK myself ? will it be hard to do so ? it only comes with stock CD changer.

It's very easy to do, but your OEM CD changer will not work. Do a search here for installing aftermarket stereos. It is basically a VW wiring harness, connected properly (not using VW pinouts), and it's easiest to remove the original stereo with the stereo removal keys.
