Brake & Rotor question

I need to order some rear brake pads for my 2000 CLK 430.

Do the rear pads have one or two retaining pins?

Also... can anyone recommend a shop that has a good price on Zimmerman rotors?

http://www.carpartstogo.com/ has better prices and I usually buy parts there, but http://www.importecparts.com/brakestour.html has free shipping so it'll be about $5 cheaper. I've used both, and they both gave pretty good service. My 98' 320 has 2 retaining pins...not too sure if it's standard for all CLKs but installation is a piece of cake!

I just placed an order.... I have replaced pads before, but not rotors. Is there anything special I should know before I make a mess of things?
