2003 430CLK Cab - any changes

I have a 2003 on order for July build on a 430CLK cab. My salesperson seems to know nothing. Will this be exactly the same as a 2002, or are the there any changes or packages to keep the interest up in the old body style?

Is this a good idea to buy the last year of the body style, especially when the coupe is already changed?

I doubt there'll be any changes.

It really depends on your taste, the current model looks gorgeous, it's a classic.

There will be something called the Final Edition (possibly not in the US), it looks like they have added a few things to the interior, possibly nappa leather, and chrome rings around the gauges, according to pictures on DaimlerChrysler's media site. I was unable to find any text about it, but there are plenty of pictures of the "Final Edition." Go to media.daimlerchrysler.com and navigate to Mercedes-Benz P. Cars>Coupés>CLK-Class>CLK-Convertible and click on photos to see what I mean.

IMO, I wouldnt pay so much money for a car that is about to cease its production with a 4yr old chassis and technology. I would wait for the W209 (although I am not a big fan of the new design). By the time you pick up yr 430, the new one has been out.

If I wanted to drive something that looked like that, I'd buy a Volvo C70 .
