Need help hookin the ride up the right way
What's up bros!!!!! I have a 2000 430 CLK. I will be puttin on a pair of 18 inch Lowenhart LD1's or 18 inch Maya TTS. The wheel and tire size are going to be 18x8.5 with 225/40 of the front and 18x9.5 with 255/35 on the rear. The problem that I am havin is with the lowering so that it will look sick. I researched and I saw this H&R cup kit or springs ( I don't know the difference??? Are they 2 different things or the same??? ) Along with Koni sport shocks set on the softest setting. I also saw that I should get some CLK 55 AMG sway bars. Thank you for all your feedback and advice. I knoe that you guys know what you are talkin about. PEACE!!!!!!!!

If you are going to lower your car, I would go with the H&R Sport Spring Set that can be bought for near $230 and will lower your car around 1.4" in the front and 1.3" in the rear.
Koni Sports will be around $100 for each corner. I'll talk to my boys to see if they can get lower prices on both of the above items and how much a CLK 55 sway bar will cost.

I've *heard* that the H&R spring kit (for the 320) isnt all that hot and that renntech springs are much better. Anyone else heard this? Also, lightbreezy, what kind of wheels do you have on the car right now? Oh and get a CLK 55 airbox and insulate it with heatshielding material, good performance mod for your car.
