Lamp defective reading...do we have citylights?

Hey guys,
My car is telling me that i have a defective lamp....its the inner left one in the main housing (the one in the small oval) but my low and high beams work just fine. Do we have citylights in our cars for the small oval while the low beams are on? If so, is it H1? Thanks

The small lights near the grille are the city lights.

Yeah, the small lights come on with the regular high and low beam. I couldn't find them at a regular auto parts store and my none of my mechanic's hundreds of bulbs would fit...if you have a dealer nearby, I'd say to try them first.
