Question rear brake sensor for Y2K CLK430 ?

I remember seeing it somewhere that rear brakes do not give out warnings on instrument panel when the pads goes out, only the front brake does,

The normal way... look at them, and often enough that you can predict when they will wear out. While you're at it, you should be inspecting lots of things on your car every once in a while: belts, air filters, oil level, tire pressure, harmonic balancer, and so on.

Rear brakes last quite a while. You should be ok for a while longer.

There's no good way to inspect the brakes without removing the wheels.
